About the Role:

North Point Senior Homecare is looking for compassionate and dedicated PCAs, CNAs, NAs, and HHAs to join our growing team in Virginia Beach, VA. This is your opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors by providing personalized, in-home care that allows them to live comfortably and independently. Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting

Provide companionship and emotional support to senior clients in their homes

Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors

Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation

Support safe mobility and transfers, including assistance with walking and positioning

Administer medication reminders and assist with prescribed care plans

Transport or accompany clients to appointments and errands as needed

Requirements:

Current certification or experience as a PCA, CNA, NA, or HHA preferred

Prior experience in home care, elder care, or a related healthcare setting is a plus

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

Strong communication skills and a patient, empathetic demeanor

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Physically able to assist with lifting, transferring, and supporting clients

Dependable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality care
