💵 Starting Pay Rates:

PCA: $15.00/hr

Nursing Assistant: $15.50/hr

CNA: $16.50/hr ⭐ Plus, earn a $0.50 raise after completing your required training!

👣 What You’ll Do:

🤝 Provide companionship and conversation

🛁 Assist with personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting

🧺 Perform light housekeeping and laundry

🍽️ Prepare meals and help with feeding

💊 Offer medication reminders

🚗 Assist with errands or transportation

👨‍👩‍👧 Support families with dementia-safe care techniques

✅ Requirements:

Valid CNA license or PCA certification

A heart for service and a respectful approach to care

Strong communication via phone and email

Reliable transportation & driver’s license

Ability to lift 25 lbs

Comfortable around pets

Dementia care experience is a plus

Must pass a background check
