About the Role:

ComForCare In-Home Care - Baltimore/Carroll is looking for compassionate and dedicated caregiving professionals to join their growing team! Whether you're a PCA, HHA, CNA, GNA, Med Tech, or experienced Caregiver, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who need it most.

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support

Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort

Administer or assist with medications as permitted by certification level (Med Techs)

Monitor and document client health status, reporting changes to supervisors

Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families

Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands

Follow individualized care plans and maintain accurate care records

Requirements:

Active certification as a CNA, GNA, Med Tech, or verifiable caregiving experience (HHA or PCA)

Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a genuine passion for helping others

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Valid driver's license and own transportation required

Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

COVID-19 Vaccinated

Up to date TB or PPD

Up to date CPR and First Aid certification

Previous home care or senior care experience is a plus
