💰 Competitive Pay Rates:

PCA (Personal Care Aide) – $15.00/hr

CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) – $16.50/hr

Nursing Assistant – $15.50/hr ✨ PLUS a $0.50 raise after completing required training!

📝 What You’ll Do:

💬 Provide meaningful companionship and conversation

🛁 Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting

🧺 Help with light housekeeping and laundry

🍳 Prepare meals and assist with nutrition needs

💊 Offer medication reminders

🚗 Transport clients to appointments or errands

🏡 Support families by modeling safe and effective care techniques

📌 What You’ll Need:

✔ CNA license or PCA certification (required)

✔ A heart for caregiving — patience, compassion, and reliability

✔ Ability to follow care plans and communicate clearly

✔ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

✔ Comfort working around small pets

✔ Ability to lift at least 25 lbs

✔ Dementia care experience is a big plus!

✔ Must pass a background check
