💵 Pay Rates

PCA: $15.00/hr

Nursing Assistant: $15.50/hr

CNA: $16.50/hr 🎯 Earn an extra $0.50/hr after completing required training!

Provide companionship and emotional support

Assist with personal care: bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding

Help with meal prep, laundry, and light housekeeping

Offer medication reminders

Provide transportation to errands or appointments

Use dementia-safe care techniques to support families

✅ What We’re Looking For

Valid CNA license or PCA certification

A gentle, respectful, and professional approach to care

Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license

Comfortable with pets (dogs and cats)

Able to lift at least 25 lbs

Experience with dementia or Alzheimer’s care is a plus

Excellent phone and email communication skills

Must pass a criminal background check
