💰 Starting Pay Rates

PCA: $15.50/hr

Nursing Assistant: $16.00/hr

CNA: $17.00/hr 🎯 Earn a $0.50/hr raise after completing paid training!

📝 What You’ll Do

💬 Provide companionship & emotional support

🛁 Assist with personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding

🧺 Help with light housekeeping: laundry, changing linens, maintaining cleanliness

🍽️ Prepare simple meals and offer nutrition support

💊 Offer medication reminders and track basic routines

🏡 Follow personalized care plans and help educate families on best practices

✅ What We’re Looking For

Active PCA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant certification

Compassionate, respectful, and patient approach to care

Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license

Able to lift at least 25 lbs

Comfortable with teamwork and flexible hours

Strong communication via phone and email

Able to pass a criminal background check
