💵 Pay Rates

PCA: $15.00/hr

Nursing Assistant: $15.50/hr

CNA: $16.50/hr ✔️ Earn a $0.50/hr raise after completing our paid training!

📝 Your Role

As a caregiver, you’ll provide essential support that allows clients to live safely and comfortably at home:

Offer companionship and emotional reassurance

Assist with personal care: bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding

Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping

Provide medication reminders

Offer transportation to appointments or errands

Use dementia-safe care techniques to support aging in place

✅ What You Bring

Valid CNA license or PCA certification (required)

Compassionate, gentle, and professional approach

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Comfortable working around pets (dogs and cats)

Physically able to lift at least 25 lbs

Experience with dementia/Alzheimer’s is a plus

Strong communication skills (phone and email)

Must pass a criminal background check
