North Point Senior Homecare is looking for compassionate and dedicated PCAs, NAs, HHAs, and CNAs to join our growing team in Virginia Beach, VA. Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support

Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort

Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors

Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed per care plan

Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands to support client independence

Offer companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being

Document care activities accurately and maintain client confidentiality

Requirements:

Current certification or experience as a PCA, NA, HHA, or CNA in Virginia

Genuine compassion for elderly and disabled individuals

Reliable transportation and ability to commute to client homes in Virginia Beach

Strong communication skills and a professional, trustworthy demeanor

Ability to follow care plans and work independently with minimal supervision

Previous home care or senior care experience preferred

Must pass background check and meet state compliance requirements
