    Comfort Care Home Inc is looking for a compassionate and dedicated PCA/Nurse Assistant to join our caring team in Minneapolis, MN.     Responsibilities:

    Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support

    Assist clients with mobility

    Monitor and document client health status, reporting changes to supervising nursing staff

    Support clients with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and nutritional needs

    Administer medication reminders and assist with prescribed care plans

    Provide companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being

    Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for clients

    Requirements:

    Current PCA certification or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential preferred

    Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or a clinical setting is a plus

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient, empathetic demeanor

    Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining client dignity and confidentiality

    Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

    Must pass a background check in accordance with Minnesota state requirements
