This Manufacturing Lead position sits at the intersection of engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain, ensuring complex electromechanical systems are built efficiently and delivered on schedule.

We are seeking an experienced product line or manufacturing lead to oversee the build and delivery of Pre-Conditioned Air (PCA) systems — specialized air handling and refrigeration units used in airport operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of PCA system builds from planning through final test and delivery
• Coordinate daily build activity across operations, engineering, and supply chain
• Troubleshoot real-time production challenges alongside engineering teams
• Monitor build milestones and ensure production schedules remain on track
• Identify and resolve material shortages with procurement partners
• Develop efficient production sequences for sheet metal and refrigeration assemblies
• Support training and knowledge transfer for PCA system assembly and operation

Experience may include:

• Manufacturing expertise in industrial equipment
