About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.

Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.

Administer medication and monitor health conditions as directed by healthcare professionals.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients in their homes.

Document daily activities and report any changes in clients' conditions to the care team.

Collaborate with family members and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance caregiving skills.

Adhere to all safety and health regulations while providing care.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a PCA or HHA preferred.

Previous experience in home care or a similar caregiving role is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and families.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Compassionate, patient, and understanding demeanor towards clients.

Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screenings.
