Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented PCB QC Inspector to join our team in Lake Forest, CA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our printed circuit boards (PCBs). Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of PCBs to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Perform visual inspection of fully loaded assembled PC boards.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records.
- Identify defects and work closely with production teams to resolve issues.
- Can the applicant read and interpret Customer Build of Materials (BOM)
- Must know how to read and identify SMT components on a fully loaded printed circuit board such has BGA’s, QFP, SOT, chip components with package size 1206, 0805, 0603, 0201
- Have an understanding or certification to J-STD or IPC A 610 Class 2 & 3
- Complete First Articles, In process inspection and Final inspection to the printed circuit card board.
- Can utilize 100% inspection all day using ring lamp and microscopes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in electronics is a plus.
- Proven experience in PCB inspection or quality control in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of PCB assembly processes and quality standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with inspection tools and equipment.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Salary info:
