Position Summary
We’re seeking a PCC Integrations Assistant to join our growing team during an exciting phase of expansion. We’re looking for detail-oriented, tech-savvy professionals who are passionate about supporting client success and improving healthcare operations through reliable system integration and data accuracy.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the integration of healthcare food and meal management systems—specifically PointClickCare (PCC). Responsibilities include accurate data entry, maintaining system integrity, assisting with basic troubleshooting, and supporting end users. You’ll contribute to the ongoing development of our platform and help ensure seamless data flow that supports high-quality patient care.
The ideal candidate has foundational experience with PCC, excellent attention to detail, and a strong desire to grow within the healthcare technology field. Key Responsibilities:
Input and maintain dietary data (preferences, allergies, restrictions).
Support PCC integration, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate with IT and operations.
Train clients/staff on PCC usage and maintain SOPs.
Generate reports and maintain documentation.
Assist with meal planning, menu/recipe updates, and ensure dietary compliance.
Uphold HIPAA standards and data security.
Qualifications:
Experience with PCC systems required.
2+ years in healthcare, dietary services, or data entry.
Strong technical, communication, and multitasking skills.
Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare data protocols preferred.
