Summary of Responsibilities
The SACC Admin Coordinator provides administrative and programming support for the core functioning areas of After School Camp and Swim and Gym programs.
Principal Working Relationships
WIthin PCC: Reports to SACC Program Director. Works closely with SACC Leadership Team and counselors. Coordinates with Children’s Ministry, Community Center staff and Facilities teams.
Outside of PCC: Communicates with parents, public school administrators, vendors, and field trip destination staff.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Maintains and manages children’s enrollment paperwork and files.
Answers questions, phone calls, monitors PCC SACC email and works with the PCC SACC Site Director to reply to parent inquiries.
Provides care for campers that visit the office for health and behavior reasons.
Supports counselors by providing materials, copies, and supplies as needed.
Organizes and implements the purchasing of program materials and supplies.
Creates and manages monthly snack schedules including the purchasing and preparation of daily snack menu items.
Completes monthly credit card expense reports and petty cash (as needed).
Oversees camper sign-in and sign-out process per CA Child Care licensing requirements
Works with PCC SACC Director to update the program website as needed.
Manages PCC SACC social media pages.(2 posts per month)
Coordinates Swim and Gym field trips.
Coordinates weekly choice times activities for After School Camp.
Sets driver and van schedules for school pick ups and summer field trips
Works with PCC SACC Site Director to plan staff appreciation events.
Supports PCC SACC Site Director with implementation for Bible Time programing
Provides staff development to staff as assigned by PCC SACC Site Director
Works with SACC Lead Team to coordinate and track staff training.
Acts as site director when Program Director is off campus.
Stays up to date on California Department of Social Services Community Care Licensing requirements to help ensure compliance.
Becomes well versed in PCC SACC policies and helps enforce policies.
Develops individual relationships with teachers and parents.
Follows PCC SACC safety injury procedures at all times.
Gives ongoing constructive feedback to fellow PCC counterparts.
Attends daily/weekly/monthly mandatory staff meetings.
Serves parents through PCC Preschool programming with an invitation to become part of the PCC-wide community.
Experience & Skills Required

Needs to have a sincere desire to share God’s love and Jesus’ gift with children.
At least 3 years of childcare experience.
2 years experience working with Google Suite.
2 years experience working with student registration software.
Must enjoy working with children, young adults and parents.

Education &/or Licensing Requirements
B.A. in a compatible field (education, psychology, recreation, etc.).
Substitute On-site Director-qualified per California Department of Social Services; Child Care Licensing guidelines.
