  • Responsibilities

    Your Responsibilities:

    You’re in charge of building your team of Managers and providing them full support to hire and train the kinds of staff members that can deliver the best possible customer experiences. • You’ll meet regularly with Store Managers to discuss day-to-day operations, upcoming store events, promotions, and staff management. • You’re also in charge of overall store performance "Audit scorecards," tracking everything from operational compliance, team dynamics, and store appearance to customer satisfaction. • You’ll pinpoint performance gaps, addressing them with urgency as you escalate serious issues as needed with on- the spot coaching.

    Visit stores most of your time with focus on pinpointing performance issues and coaching • You’ll also analyze each store’s P&L for individual and cross-market performance gaps and opportunity areas • Finally, you’ll be a driving force in coaching your teams, motivating them, helping them develop, as well as making the tough decisions when your team needs to be held accountable.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    You have at least two years of multi-unit store management experience, with a great track record of performance • Great interpersonal skills. • You also have a strong background in training, coaching and developing employees, along with an undeniable talent for motivating your sales team. • Operational and financial performance management are part of your repertoire, especially when it comes to site P&L What we offer:
