POSITION: CONSULTANT – NETSUITE FINANCE

The Consultant position is to conduct ERP software evaluations, implementations, identify the need for customization and maintenance, support Sales and demo efforts as required and build client relationships.

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS

PERSONAL COMPETENCIES:

• Strong knowledge of financial processes, CPA certified preferred not required

• NetSuite SuiteFoundation Certified, ERP Consultant Certified preferred

• SuiteSuccess authorized

• High self-confidence and stability under pressure

• Willingness to travel as needed minimum of 50%

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong organizational skills

• Strong internal motivation

• NetSuite Subject Matter Expert

• Strong desire to keep track of latest NetSuite releases and functionality

• Excellent work ethics, and passion to succeed

• High commitment to exceed performance expectations

• Ability to work together in a team as well as take the lead

• Strong business analytical skills

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:

• Expert knowledge and implementation experience of NetSuite Finance modules

• 3+ years of demonstrated expertise in NetSuite systems

• Excel - PowerPoint – Word – Microsoft Projects - Visio

MAIN TASKS / ACTIVITIES

• Financial consultant and NetSuite Subject Matter expert
• Perform in an advisory or subject matter expert role to facilitate solutions for customer needs
• Examine and understand current business processes of clients
• Map business processes to standard NetSuite functionality
• Perform Gap analysis (finding out where client’s business functionality differs from NetSuite’s)
• Set up the application according to client’s requirements
• Define and document customizations, interfaces and extensions
• Train client and internal NetSuite Users as needed
• Provide necessary support to ensure project success
• Ensure client satisfaction on delivery of services that results in customer reference or more services
• Work with the Customer to resolve project issues and escalate to executives with proposed solutions
