    EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE CEO

    PCH CUSTOM AUDIO, INC

    LOCATION: MURRIETA, CA

    SALARY RANGE: $ 54,600 - $ 62,000

    REQUIREMENTS

    KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Work directly with the Founder/ CEO
    • Assist CEO with all his different businesses
    • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
    • Organize, maintain, and create office systems
    • Handle phone calls in a polite and professional manner
    • Prepare corporate documents and maintaining comprehensive and accurate records.
    • Maintain strict confidentiality
    • Organizing meetings, including scheduling, and sending reminders.
    • Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
    • Sustain a level of professionalism among staff
    • Ensure company’s policies and security requirements are met
    • Collaborate and manage other teams
    • Flexibility to adjust to new tasks if company or office needs change

    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

    • Preferably Bilingual, English as 1st language and 2nd language either Mandarin, Arabic or Hindu.
    • Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant or in other secretarial position
    • Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, including communicating skills with companies overseas.

    ·         Exemplary planning and time management skills

    ·         Having business and entrepreneurial understanding

    ·         Understanding of project management

    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office

    • Reliability and discretion

    • Bachelor’s Degree is preferable
