    Job Description

    The Product Marketing and OEM Account Coordinator works with the Pleasurecraft Team to lead marketing and sales efforts using media and digital tools. The main objectives are to effectively maintain the Pleasurecraft brand and foster relationship management by creating content to aid in the success of sales and marketing campaigns.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Responsible for graphic design and layout for Pleasurecraft brands.
    • Developing, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies to promote products and services using various digital channels.
    • Track and maintain relevant analytics related to social media, press releases and websites to boost Pleasurecraft brand awareness.
    • Create, copy and distribute all Pleasurecraft communication (website, brochure, press releases, social media, advertising, etc.).
    • Maintain and update Pleasurecraft website and PR distribution lists.
    • Research and apply for industry awards for all Pleasurecraft brands.
    • Responsible for maintaining and updating the Pleasurecraft company calendar which includes boat shows, events and dealer meetings.
    • Responsible for Pleasurecraft’s sales and marketing strategic initiatives.
    • Work with key strategic partners to implement corporate wide platforms.
    • Responsible for executing Pleasurecraft events (MRAA Dealer week etc.).
    • Assist with other sales and marketing-related duties as needed.

    SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Media, Marketing, Communications or related field
    • Proficient in Photoshop, Quark, Illustrator, InDesign or other media editing software
    • Proficient in all Microsoft applications
    • Results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment
    • Energetic, motivated, and detail-oriented individual
    • Well-organized and self-directed team player
    • Excellent analytical and project management skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Experience analyzing budgets and reports
    • Demonstrate aptitude for problem-solving, negotiation and customer service
