PCN Nightlife is a private digital members club for creatives to connect through live and online intimate nightlife experiences. We produce a fully packed calendar of events across multiple venues giving our members unlimited access to all PCN member events for a monthly subscription.

JOB FUNCTION:

We are looking for a dynamic Membership Coordinator to lead our late-night social scene within our portfolio of venue partners and member events. If you are a late-night person, know how to set the vibe and keep it going, can connect with a wide group of people with varied interests, and more importantly; connect people together and revel in creating memorable nights, then this may be the perfect opportunity for you. You will be a warm and sociable individual who is passionate about hospitality and all that sits under this from food to drink, music, and culture. You will be the key lead in our community to really set the tone of the night regardless if it's a cold winter school night or a buzzing summer's Saturday night. Every night will be a night to remember. This is not a traditional customer service role, this is the heart AND soul of every member's experience. You will be socially intelligent and know where to curate the evening depending on the feel of the room. This is not a desk job, in fact, you won't see a computer, this is true human interaction and driving a strong and constant presence across our events.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Curate member connections and engagement throughout the night.
• Drive ad-hoc and organic events depending on the environment and member requirements/needs/wants on the night.
• Responsible for venue ambiance from lighting, to music and sound level.
• Help DJ and live music schedule alongside the Member Events manager. Provide feedback on key bookings and suggest improvements where required.
• Manage nightly guest lists and last-minute requests.
• Promote and help deliver late-night food and drink offerings.
• Maintain a constant presence on the floor by always engaging with members and building relatable and meaningful relationships.
• The key point for coordination of activities between the front of house, floor, kitchen, and membership team
• Check all reservations at the beginning of the shift to ensure we are ready for the evening ahead, and highlight key members
• Connect to all large events (Music, Art, Fashion, etc.) across the city so we attract talent to our community when people are in town
• Be on the pulse of culture about key moments in the city and curate an innovative, fun, and inclusive atmosphere to contribute to our diversity in membership
• Obtain feedback on late-night event suggestions that members would like to see in the programming
• Observe the in-club crowds in the evening and adhere to standards of behaviors/rules etc

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to work 1-5 late-night shifts per week ending circa 3 AM
• Comfortable withholding a budget and management
• Site management
• Issue resolution
