    Human Resources Manager

     

    The HR Manager will be a critical member of PCR’s team and will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This is a multi-faceted position which will have a significant impact on the company’s operations and growth. You will be the voice for the corporate culture and will align the company mission, values and human resources objectives.

    What you will do

     

    • Oversee Bi-monthly payroll, 401(k), benefits, commuter benefits.
    • Work with our recruiter and the leadership to identify, vet and hire new employees.
    • Liaison with ADP.
    • Lead the development of PCR’s employee handbook.
    • Resolve human resource related legal questions and concerns.
    • Draft new policies and procedures, making sure 401(k), workman’s comp and other compliance oriented programs are in compliance
    • Drive the on-boarding of new employees including:
      • Getting up and running on ADP
      • Ensure new employees are positioned to be as effective as possible by ensuring they have the appropriate equipment, materials, access and planned training prior to starting.
    • Lead all offboarding processes by ensuring policies and procedures are followed to remove employees access to various software applications, company assets in addition to performing exit interviews.
    • Lead company survey effort on a variety of topics with the hopes of improving the culture and team building.
    • Lead the planning and execution of PCR’s yearly company outing.

     

    What you bring

     

    • Bachelor’s Degree (Masters in HRM preferred).
    • 5+ years of relevant HR experience and familiarity with HR policies, processes and compliance.
    • Experience running a variety of HR projects with a history of coordinating, prioritizing and supporting the business & staff through process changes.
    • Highly motivated self starter with the ability to work with minimal guidance or direct supervision.
    • Posses superior organizational and time management skills.
    • Positive attitude & team player that’s capable of working well with a vast array of employees.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills.
    • Strong employee relations skill set with the ability to earn trust and credibility with employees.
    • Advantageous:
      • Exposure working within ADP’s TotalSource.
      • Previous experience with SOC 2 compliance requirements.
      • Experience working within a technology provider (namely FinTech).
      • Experience working within a multinational company.
