Project Coordinator

The purpose of this position is to provide program support to a client’s Program Management team complex project documentation preparation; escalation point for project commitment, financial reconciliations; project reporting; 'administrator' role for project technology tools; and project delivery team at the Google Data Center

THIS IS A CONTRACT TO HIRE ROLE IN LENOIR NC , RATE IS $21-24 PER HOUR W2 - CANDIDATES MUST BE WILLING TO BE ONSITE THE MAJORITY OF THE TIME IN LENOIR NC – GOOGLE DATA CENTER - THE CONVERSION SALARY IS $45,000 - $52,000

MAIN DUTIES/REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Support program and project services with day-to-day deliverables identified by the Client.  Enters project information data (i.e. project status updates, schedule updates, and project documentation into project management technology tools (software applications, web-based tools, job cost accounting tools).
• Prepares standard project status reports for project delivery team or work group, client and management. Reports typically include status update, budget, schedule
• Develop associated meeting materials including presentation slides, meeting agendas, and other supporting materials. Create spreadsheets, reports, and documentation based on content and direction provided the Client
• Paperwork upload in G Suite tool (Google Doc, Google Sheet, Google Drive proficiency (Word and Excel)
• Client-facing, speaking to client in update meetings
• Forecasting and cost control tool maintenance
• Send out weekly updates via email
• Coordinating with field Supervisor to update project trackers
