Job Responsibilities

Bathing, Dressing and Grooming

Task Documenting (App)

Light Housekeeping

Nutrition Support and Preparing Meals as needed

Transportation Support - must have own reliable transportation

Toileting and Undergarment Assistance

Medication Reminders

Companionship and Activity Engagement

Mobility & Transfer Assistance - *we do not do deadlifts

Requirements:

• Ability to properly lift and move objects or individuals safely using proper body mechanics

• Ability to follow the prescribed Care Plan

• Strong attention to detail and ability to properly document shift tasks

• Have a compassionate and patient demeanor

• Valid Driver’s License, Auto Insurance and Transportation

• Current or willingness to complete Hands-On CPR Certification-we have 2 instructors that charger $50-$60, cannot be online CPR

• Current or willingness to complete Level 2 Background Screening

• Current (within the last 6 months) or willingness to complete TB Test
