    Job Description

    The Customer Service Specialist is a seasonal, full time position:

    DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

    • Inputs data in a timely manner into a computer system.
    • Verifies accuracy of data inputted into the computer system by other data entry clerks.
    • Identify discrepancies/overpayments on checks.
    • Contact IRS customer support to clarify refunds on overpayments.
    • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
    • Work accurately with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
    • Performs a variety of complicated tasks.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    · Requires a high school diploma or equivalent

    · Advanced MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook

    · Bachelor Degree preferred

    · 2+ years of experience in financial services or related field

     

    All qualified candidates must past a background criminal, education, and drug screening.
