PDM is growing and seeking additional Custom Service people to join our team! PDM is a packaging and warehouse company in Boone, Iowa. PDM prides ourselves on providing excellent service to our customers. This is a business to business position. Our customer service representatives will be assigned accounts to manage on a daily basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process orders using inventory software
• Communicate with customers by phone and e-mail
• Data entry into computer software
• Track orders from beginning to end
• Prioritize daily activities

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in customer service
• Experience with Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Excel & Word)
• Familiarity with Inventory Software helpful
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong communication skills
• Work well with others
• Deadline and detail-oriented

COMPENSATION:

• $15-$16 Per Hour
• Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
