PDR DESIGNS of POINT PLEASANT BEACH, NJ is seeking to hire a FULL-TIME PROJECT ARCHITECT to perform zoning and code review sketching, preliminary design, and construction documents. This full-time architecture position offers a competitive salary of $40,000 - $80,000.00 PER YEAR, based on skills and experience. The typical schedule is MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY FROM 8 AM-5 PM. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PROJECT ARCHITECT
As a full-time Project Architect, you collaborate with your team to develop projects from start to finish. You see projects through from the programming/conceptual design phase to the completion of the construction administration. Your attention to detail is essential as you prepare construction documents. With your great communication skills, you coordinate with consultants, contractors, owners, and team members to ensure that our projects are successful. It is exciting to see your projects come to life!
In addition to documenting code review and compliance, you review shop drawings and project submittals for compliance. In this architecture position, you love that each day is an opportunity to use your creative mind and help our community grow.
QUALIFICATIONS
A ARCHITECTURE DEGREE AND 1 YEAR OF REVIT EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED! Are you a confident person with high energy? Do you have a passion for creative design?
