Restoration Billing coordinator
BASIC FUNCTIONS: Assist Project Managers with estimates and job site sketches as requested. Respond, communicate with Team as necessary to assist with estimating timelines. Consistently deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS:
Assist with updating 3rd party programs online to ensure compliance with program service standards
Prepare scope of damages and estimate within a very timely manner.
Prepare scope of work thru estimating software (Xactimate, Xactanalysis, etc…)
Understand insurance trends in claims and adjusting losses
Be knowledgeable in the insurance industry. Keep up on technologies, equipment, processes, etc.
Be knowledgeable on building products, new products, building technologies, etc.
Communicate with Management and all internal/external Customers.
Other related activities as requested by estimating staff
Understanding of how insurance claim process operates
Knowledge of practices & procedures in water, fire, and mold trades
Efficient in Xactimate, Outlook, , Excel
Building construction knowledge and experience
Ability to exercise judgment on behalf of PDR
Excellent Customer Service skills
Customer service of 9 or better
Review of maintenance of electronic job folders
Review of internal survey by other departments/employees as to how internal service requirements are met
Able to work long hours when necessary.
