    Project Manager

    BASIC FUNCTIONS: Schedule and supervise all projects assigned to successful completion

    RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS:

    Professionally represent the PDR principles of honesty and integrity.

    Interface with Admin personnel in the preparation of work orders on all new projects.

    Maintain constant communication with property owner.

    Schedule the completed work order to include: on-site meeting when appropriate, sequencing, timing, master scheduling.

    Start job in a timely manner.

    Schedule inspections.

    Administer work orders or schedule employee assignments.

    Inspect all assigned projects for progress.

    Maintain documentation on personal inspections and project flow.

    Maintain professionalism with project conditions: (i.e.: workmanship, homeowner relationships, safety, cleanliness, and tradespeople conduct).

    Manage job to speedy conclusion

    Interface with associate and CSR regarding project progress, completion, and conditions.

    Professionally handle any and all complaints.

    Manage completion, obtain completion certificate, and collect funds if available.

    Deliver job file to associate for closing.

    Work with Accounting to collect payment on closed jobs in a timely fashion

    WE OFFER:

    Competitive Salary: $60,000-$80,000 (depending on experience)

    Desired Skills and Experience:

    1-3 years in Mitigation management field experience required

    Previous estimating experience in the Mitigation industry helpful

    Experience with Xactimate estimating software and IICRC certification.

    Preference is given to those with a passion to “Restore Lives”
