    RECONSTRUCTION PRODUCTION COORDINATOR JOB SUMMARY:

    This position is primarily responsible for coordinating interactions between the PDR team, TPAs (third party administrators), and vendors within designated timeframes throughout span of Reconstruction project. To ensure that this core line of business runs smoothly and efficiently, the Production Coordinator must serve as the liaison between: sales (estimators) and TPAs; sales and production (project managers); and also production and suppliers.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    I.

    Serve as a subject matter expert on RMS, Xactimate, various direct repair programs, and insurance company estimating guidelines.

    Perform internal review of all Reconstruction estimates and estimator’s supporting documentation prior to its submission to ensure estimates meets carrier guidelines, building codes, and is within Paul Davis Restoration’s delivery standard.

    Build relationships with TPAs and PDRI QA team.

    Records data around initial estimates reviewed, number of reviews, and rejections on all files.

    Monitor, and/or complete in some cases, control points pursuant to the Direct Repair Program guidelines.

    Monitors, assists, tracks, and provides approval for all claims that are re-inspected by the Carrier.

    II.

    Manage the Job Update Process

    Facilitate client communication on sold jobs

    Schedule and coordinate In House Subcontracted Labor in a productive manner so as to complete projects timely and in a profitable fashion.

    Perform general administrative work as necessary, including preparing reports and correspondence, reviewing correspondence, copying and filing, preparing purchase orders, daily work orders and daily communication with the Project Managers about ongoing projects

    Order Materials and assist with permitting process as needed.

    Assist with after-hours on-call phone calls and assignments as needed.

    III.

    Assist in organizing and securing samples and supplies in showroom. Meet with Vendors as necessary.

    Maintain price books (or develop an alternative) for vendor accounts.

    Assist in training and implementation of new procedures or programs.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Minimum

    Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

    Ability to understand and communicate information and ideas

    Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously

    Demonstrate a positive image of the Paul Davis Restoration to staff and clients; this shall include oral and written communication and visual presentation

    Must have clean driving record and be able to pass a background check

    Requested (but trainable)

    Proficiency in common construction formulas and calculations

    Knowledge of property insurance coverage and practices

    Knowledge of design techniques and tools needed for project construction

    Preferred

    Construction experience preferred

    Xactimate and estimating experience preferred
