Mitigation Project Manager

Responsibilities Include:

Respond to emergency property damage (residential/commercial)

Efficiently and carefully inspect properties and handle multiple projects at a given time

Perform emergency water extraction and drying services

Perform emergency fire/smoke services (including deodorization, pack-outs, board-ups and securing structures)

Assist in mold remediation (including demolition and cleaning)

Ensure all required documents/monies are collected

Manage all aspects of work required while on the job site to include; technicians, laborers, equipment placement, demo, drying logs, photos, notes and sketches

Update company databases with project data and information

Act as liaison between customers and insurance carriers

Perform on-call rotation, requires evening and weekend work

Provide compassion and understanding to customers

Interface with office support staff throughout the life of projects until completion and assist in maintaining quality control standards

Perform basic truck, equipment, and building maintenance

Requirements Include:

Strong customer service skills

Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

Detail oriented

Ability to multi-task

At least 2-3 years’ experience in property restoration industry

IICRC certification in the following (WRT and ASD)

Ability to climb a ladder

Ability to lift at least 75 pounds

Ability to work in confined spaces

Ability or willingness to access roofs for repairs and tarp ups

Ability to manage a team of mitigation technicians

Knowledge of computers and software, especially MS Office

Desired skills:

IICRC certification (Water, Odor, Mold, Fire & Smoke)
