Mitigation Specialist/Technician - Construction/Restoration Company

Mitigation Specialist/Technician candidates needed for the country’s leading disaster Restoration Company. We currently have openings for Mitigation Specialist positions that are ideally suited for individuals with strong leadership skills, problem solving abilities, and excellent work ethic. IICRC certification and or industry experience is preferred, however not required. Strong communication, organizational and computer skills are required. Must be detail oriented and able to balance multiple tasks at once.

Mitigation Specialist Responsibilities / Tasks

Applicants must possess strong customer service skills.

Have excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

Professionally represent the Paul Davis Restoration principles of honesty and integrity.

Responds to emergency property damage (residential/commercial).

Attention to detail to efficiently and carefully inspect properties and handle multiple projects at a given time.

Performs Emergency Water Extraction and Drying Services.

Performs Emergency Fire/Smoke Services (including deodorization, pack-outs, board- ups and securing structure).

Assists in Mold Remediation (including demolition and cleaning).

Acts as liaison between customers and insurance carriers.

Performs on-call rotation as needed.

Ability to provide compassion and understanding for customers.

Interface with department supervisor throughout the life of the project until completion and assist in maintaining quality control standards.

Ensure that the job is brought to completion and collection in a timely fashion.

Ability or willingness to access roofs for repairs and tarp ups

Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
