    Job Description

    The Manager, BI Product Development is responsible for guiding and supporting all facets of CRM analytics projects. As a key member of the Data Intelligence team, this includes preparing and executing analytic strategies, measurement and reporting for CRM digital and non-digital marketing campaigns and making proactive recommendations that drive the key performance goals of our clients.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Subject matter expert for analytical tools and techniques, primarily in business intelligence platform management (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, Domo) and supporting tools (dbt, git)
    • Ensures consistent, relevant, and actionable KPIs are used to optimize and influence strategic decisions
    • Develop, participate, and present analyses, POVs, reporting results, insights, and recommendations
    • As required/appropriate, perform hands-on data investigation and analysis in support of program delivery, including development of conclusions and implications
    • Identify research and analytics initiatives to support strategy development
    • Create business cases for successful analytics initiatives
    • Design and manage strategic analytic roadmaps for clients
    • Accurately and effectively estimate level of effort for analytics projects
    • Manage projects that primarily focus on the impact and/or ROI (return on investment) of marketing activities (including but not limited to online and offline CRM direct marketing, cross-channel campaigns, digital advertising, promotional activities)
    • Define measurement strategies for clients, inclusive of timely and comprehensive reporting with an objective to evaluate marketing performance, drive valuable insights, and provide recommendations for optimization
    • Proactively identify, evaluate, and recommend new web analytics, testing, tag management, reporting, and other relevant tools and applications
    • Present to clients and prospective clients on results of current projects as well as new business opportunities
    • Manages, trains, and provides on-going leadership and mentorship to Data Analysts
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Strategic project planning, and BI Product management
    • Jira Project Tracking / Project management software
    • Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, Domo experience required (Tableau preferred)
    • dbt implementation experience a big plus
    • Git experience required
    • Google cloud experience a plus
    • 5+ years hands-on experience in CRM or marketing analytics; marketing agency experience preferred
    • Experience managing and/or mentoring junior team members
    • Strong SQL knowledge and applied experience
    • Experience with advanced analytic techniques, such as multivariate regression analysis, predictive modeling, logistic regression, factor analysis, forecasting, response prediction, advertising effectiveness, consumer profiling, market mix and ROI measurement
    • Experience developing strategic analytic roadmaps and managing projects and teams to effectively deliver them
    • Hands-on experience with data visualization and analytic dashboard development, experience with Tableau (preferred), Domo, Power BI, Shiny, or other platforms
    • Thorough knowledge and applied experience with marketing strategy and analytics design and delivery
    • Working knowledge of site analytics suites, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics/SiteCatalyst/Omniture
    • Ability to craft innovative strategies and approaches to analyze marketing performance and deliver powerful insights and recommendations
    • Ability to manage internal stakeholders at varying levels
    • Strong multitasking skills and ability to work in a flexible, dynamic and fast-paced environment
    • Self-starter with demonstrated instinct for developing insights from data
    • Excellent communication skills, including written, presentation, and story-telling

    Compensation Range: $81,500 - $117,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
