We are searching for a dynamic VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS, WEST REGION to join our Team!
WILLINGNESS TO TRAVEL THROUGHOUT THE WEST REGION UP TO 60% OF THE TIME (SOME OVERNIGHT MAY BE REQUIRED). ADDITIONALLY, PERIODIC TRAVEL TO JAMISON, PA FOR VARIOUS MEETINGS AND TRAINING.
WHAT YOU DO:
The Regional VP of Operations will be integral to PE GI Solution’s continued success and growth in the West Market while reporting directly to the Market President. The primary responsibilities of this opportunity are: Oversight of the operations team in the West market, influence on the administrators and physician boards, as well as strategic support for activities that promote growth and desired financial performance results. In this high-visibility leadership role, the areas of focus will be: Strategic planning, partner relations, staff development, clinical support, and ownership of financial performance results.
WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON:
Working within PE GI Solution’s team-oriented culture, the Regional VP of Operations will foster collaboration and accountability across a highly matrixed environment of healthcare services, including physician practice, outpatient endoscopy and ancillary service lines.
Primary operations and clinical support contact for inquiries from the center leaders and physician partners.
Interaction and influence cross-functionally within PE departments - Operations, Human Resources, Marketing, Finance and Development.
Provide leadership, vision, and strategic direction in developing and implementing programs to meet center performance objectives.
Monitor and provide analysis for financial performance.
Work collaboratively to develop initiatives that promote growth, cost containment, and operational improvements.
Review and support in negotiations for quotes for equipment, supplies and ancillary service agreements for centers.
Provide on-site support and project oversight as required.
Possess exceptional interpersonal skills to coach, train and guide center leadership.
Keep current on regional and national industry related events that may impact your territory.
Maintain a general understanding of Accrediting Agency Standards such as AAAHC, JCAHO, and AAAFS, OSHA, State and Medicare regulations.
Attend meetings as required in Silver Spring, MD and Jamison, PA
