TITLE: STAFF ANALYST I TYPE: CONTRACT ASSIGNMENT DURATION: 12 MONTHS LOCATION: MTA - NYC TRANSIT - 2 BROADWAY, NEW YORK, NY 10004 SHIFT: 1ST SHIFT (8:00 AM TO 4:30 PM)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Under direct supervision, provide administrative assistance for multiple Consultant Contracts and Payments.
• Prepare Task Order Agreements.
• Send Work Orders and Scopes of Work to consultants/vendors.
• Determine funding amounts for each task/work orders.
• Prepare and manage progress payments to consultants/vendors. QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university/institution.
• Must possess, at least, two (2) years' experience working with a large public or private firm with a concentration on payroll, financial systems, timekeeping and/or audits.
• Must possess solid proficiency working with MS Access, MS Excel and various computer applications.
• Must have legal authorization to be employed in the United States.
• Must be a local resident of the Metropolitan region.
