We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Account Manager to join our team. Based at our vibrant office in Miami Lakes, Florida, you will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding key client accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate strong relationships with property sellers interested in receiving cash offers. Leveraging your expertise in acquiring assets and meeting conversion and call time targets, you will collaborate closely with Asset Managers to execute tailored investment strategies. Responsibilities: • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client accounts, including property sellers interested in receiving cash offers. • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive growth and increase revenue. • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential Single Family and Multi-Family assets in target areas with value-add potential. • Effectively communicate and present investment opportunities to property sellers, highlighting the benefits of partnering with PEAK RE. • Collaborate closely with Asset Managers to develop tailored investment strategies for acquiring assets, considering market conditions and client objectives. • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, qualifying prospects, conducting property evaluations, and negotiating purchase agreements. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress using CRM software. • Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge. • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to align strategies and drive business growth. • Meet and exceed sales targets, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company. Qualifications: • This is an in-person role based in Miami Lakes, Florida. • Possess reliable transportation and hold a valid driver's license. • A high school diploma or equivalent (Preferred). • Minimum of 2 years of account management or sales experience (Preferred). Compensation: $70,000 - $200,000
