PEC360 creates Patient Engagement Centers for healthcare organizations. A Patient Engagement Center is a small team of Care Advisors who call patients to encourage them to schedule a past due doctor’s office visit or procedure. Each day our Care Advisors leave the office with the satisfaction of knowing they made a difference in a patient’s life by encouraging them to take some action to improve their health and wellbeing. The PEC360 team motto is: Illness Schedules Itself, but Wellness Requires Engagement…. Point being if we are to stay well, we must convince patients to go to the doctor before the feel sick (Preventive Care). JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Excellent communication skills

· Excellent telephone etiquette and manner, and ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

· Ability to learn new computer software

· Outstanding customer service skills

· Detail-oriented with an ability to stay focused on the task at hand

· High School Diploma

PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED:

· Healthcare scheduling/front desk experience

· Sales Experience

· Call Center Experience

· Customer Service Experience

· Spanish speaking a plus
