    Our Pediatric Cardiology Clinic is seeking a highly skilled and an outstanding experienced medical office manager to join and lead our team. Candidate must possess superior interpersonal and communication skills, decisive leadership, excellence in human resources, as well as experience in billing and financial management

    Primary responsibilities include:

    Oversees daily office operations, identifies and resolves operational problems.

    Supervises personnel and other HR functions.

    Assists with hiring and training of assigned staff.

    Maintains provider applications and credentialing information for participating health plans.

    Manages accounts payable and prepares daily bank deposit and performs monthly reconciliation.

    Plans and directs registration, patient insurance, billing and collections and data processing to ensure accurate patient billing and efficient account collection.

    Reviews current status of patient accounts to identify and resolve billing and processing problems in a timely manner

    Collaborate with clinic owners to monitor budgets and identify cost optimization opportunities.

    Maintains knowledge of and complies with established policies and procedures

    including government, insurance and third-party payer regulations.

    Participates in professional development efforts to ensure currency in health care practices and trends.

    Prepares monthly, quarterly and year-end reports.

    Performs other related duties as directed or required.

    Maintains patient confidentiality.

    Provides coverage to front and back office.

    Minimum requirements:

    Three years experience in health care office management preferably in pediatrics

    Hands-on electronic billing experience

    Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, Electronic Medical Records, and Practice Management Software systems.

    Clinic strategy and Expansion

    Insurance and Payer Credentialing

    Experience with NextGen a plus

    Clinical experience a plus
