JOB DUTIES:
The Advertising Assistant is responsible for creating sales efficiencies and overseeing the day-to-day business requirements related to the production of promotional signage. This position engages and maintains the relationship with our client's customers and the sales pipeline.
Salary range: $45000 - $48000 per year.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support manager with the internal and external communications processes to efficiently promote the clients' products and services.
- Construct individual assignments for major campaign projects, preparing presentations as necessary.
- Set up appointments with potential clients, communicate with clients.
- Attend business events with superiors.
- Collect sales performance data and input it into the company database.
- Provide assistance and report to the account team for their daily communication with clients and vendors.
Develop, maintain, and grow relationships with clients and vendors.
REQUIREMENTS:
- College degree in marketing, economics, or business preferred.
- Concentration in Advertising, Marketing, or Communications preferred.
- Understanding of basic advertising concepts and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Assertive communication.
- High level of organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Comfortable working within deadlines.
- Hardworking, punctual, team player.
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)
