We're looking for a reliable and well-organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, be reliable, willing to learn and enjoy working closely with a fast-paced team.
Responsibilities:
Answer phones and directing calls.
Answer correspondence and interacting with field personnel.
Answer and return phone calls, emails, and voice messages.
Word processing, report formatting.
Organize and prioritize information.
Maintain filing systems.
Process paperwork in a timely manner.
Ensure that necessary documents are completed and filed on time.
Update databases and spreadsheets for organization's records.
Create and maintain databases for an organization's records.
Ordering supplies.
PO and Project Number development.
Tracking professional licenses.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $40,000 - $45,000 per year
