  • Responsibilities

    Position Overview: A Customer Service Attendant is responsible for the day to day operations of the car wash while serving the customer with exemplary customer service.

    Key areas of responsibility:

    • Build relationships with our customers and provide excellence in customer service through various ways such as greeting when they enter
    • Assisting customers with selecting type of wash
    • Accepting and processing payment
    • Guiding them onto the conveyor, and spraying the car before they enter the wash
    • Ensure all equipment is maintained and properly repaired when needed
    • Inspect and maintain operation of all equipment including arches, guns, dryers, lights, chain, and vacuums.
    • Check and fill all chemical levels as needed or report low levels as necessary
    • Adherence to operational procedures
    • Conduct quality control checks of vehicles to ensure the completed product meets expectations
    • Complete tasks associated with location cleanliness and appearance such as sweeping, mopping, cleaning windows, pressure washing, etc.
    • Education/Experience Required : High School Graduate.
    • Availability to Work : Special shift requirements, if any, will vary depending on a location's hiring needs.

    This is an hourly non- exempt position with full- time and part- time availability.
