Customer Service Representative $40,000/year + Benefits Summary:
Our Customer Service Representatives are the first line of defense in working with our active customers. They must project a positive attitude, and do whatever they can to ensure our customer’s needs are met.
Within our industry, the CSR must have the ability to work with suppliers, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure all of our customer’s needs are met time and time again. Responsibilities:
*Process, confirm, and invoice customer orders.
*Confirm orders & ship dates with suppliers.
*Coordinate logistics with approved carriers.
*Coordinate inventory as needed.
*Work with team-members to resolve issues.
*Communicate respectfully, and professionally to our valued customers.
*File and process data.
*Do whatever possible to execute on-time and in-full delivery to our customers. Qualifications:
*Entry-Level Position. A Bachelor’s degree or at least two+ years of industry experience is required.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
*Demonstrated Proficiency within the Microsoft Office suite.
*Ability to Problem-Solve.
*Reliable and Hard-Working.
*Ability to Maintain a Level-Headed Demeanor.
