PEOPLE CREATING SUCCESS is currently hiring FADE/ ASSOCIATES in the VENTURA, OXNARD, AND THOUSAND OAKS areas to provide support to adults with developmental disabilities in the activities of daily living. We are in search of compassionate, patient, and caring individuals who want to make a real difference in the lives of the individuals we serve.
Our FADE (Facilitating Alternatives for Day Environments) programs provide community-based 1-on-1 support for participants to develop the necessary skills for a meaningful life of their choosing. We develop and follow an individual service plan grounded in Person-Centered Thinking to pursue the life goals of the participant's choosing.
