PEOPLE’S Product Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to customers. The Product Specialist offers extensive cannabis knowledge including but not limited to consumption methods, health benefits, medical implications and impact, identifying and analyzing strains, remaining current regarding popular trends as well as provides recommendations based on consumer needs. Responsibilities: • Retain all products and strains on menus • Educating consumers (e.g. product features, health benefits, pricing, exc.) • Handle all customer-related questions, inquiries, and orders • Sale referrals, cross- sell products and introduce new products depending on customer needs • Accurately use and maintain the POS system • Meet and exceed individual sales goals on a daily, weekly and monthly basis • Responsible for accurate reconciliation of cash drawers • Receive payment by cash and issue accurate change and recipients Qualifications: • 1-2 years of sales experienceProficiency in technology software, desktop electronics, MS Office • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills • Strong customer service skills • Proficient at multi- tasking in a fast-paced environment • Positive team player who works well with others • Knowledgeable and passionate about the Cannabis Industry • Must be at least 21 years of age • Valid identification to work in the US • Reliable transportation • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check Compensation: $12 hourly
