    PEOPLE’S Ambassador is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and a great overall experience to all customers and vendors. PEOPLE’S Ambassador offers a professional and personable first impression to all customers, vendors, and guests. The Ambassador is highly motivated, friendly, personable and calm under pressure. Responsibilities: • Greets visitors as they enter and leave the store • Checking validity of government issued identification, MMID card and medical recommendations for all customers • Communicate with customers with a positive attitude • Answering and directing incoming calls • Daily compliance with state/ local regulations • Keeping up with store procedures and rules • Performs light administrative duties • Builds professional relationships with customers, vendors, and employees • Keeps receptionist and work areas clean, organized and presentable in a brand- appropriate manner Qualifications: • Front Desk/ Receptionist experience  • Proficiency in technology software, desktop electronics, MS Office • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills • Strong customer service skills • Proficient at multi- tasking in a fast-paced environment • Positive team player who works well with others • Knowledgeable and passionate about the Cannabis Industry • Must be at least 21 years of age • Valid identification to work in the US • Reliable transportation Compensation: $12 hourly
