Infusion RN – Per Diem Home Care Boston Area Coverage | $50/hour

If you enjoy one-on-one patient care and want to step away from the chaos of facility work, this role might be a better fit.

You’ll be providing in-home infusion visits across the Boston area, working independently, at your own pace, with real support behind you.

What This Role Looks Like

One-on-one in-home infusion visits (IVIG, biologics, iron, etc.)

Visits are recurring but scheduled weeks apart (typically every 3–8 weeks)

Travel between nearby towns based on patient needs

Start peripheral IVs independently and access ports as needed

Administer infusion therapies and manage treatments safely and accurately

Work independently, you are the only nurse in the home

Coverage Area Boston area and nearby towns, including:

Lexington

Charlestown

Dorchester

Auburn

Requirements:

Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license

Strong infusion RN / IV therapy experience

Confident with independent IV starts

CPR/BLS (AHA or Red Cross only) — can be renewed during onboarding

Physical & TB (within 1 year) — can be completed during onboarding

Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle

Travel Expectation:

This role requires travel between patient homes in the Boston area. If you prefer a single location or minimal driving, this role will not be a fit.
