JOB TITLE: Server Assistant

REPORTS TO:  Shift Lead/FOH Manager

FLSA STATUS: Non - Exempt  

JOB SCOPE:

• Ability to buss tables quickly, efficiently, and safely
• Must have superior customer service skills
• Must be able to plan, organize and multi task and maintain work station in a clean and orderly manner

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Anticipate guests needs and fulfill such needs prior to the guest requesting them
• Learn and convey the proper procedure for bussing and cleaning a table
• Must consistently display a warm and friendly disposition
• Serve chips and salsa to guests within 20 seconds of them being seated
• Able to move quickly, maneuvering through a crowded dining room with a tub full of  dishes
• Remain in a stationary position for up to 50% of a scheduled work shift
• Must be open to receiving instruction and altering behavior to adapt to instruction given
• Always acknowledge guests and accommodate their wishes
