    Oilfield Service Company in Hobbs, NM is seeking an experienced Controller.

    This role is responsible for:

    · Prepare annual budgets and publish them with QuickBooks.

    · Prepare all financial and metrics reports for the management team.

    Prepare Cash Management Report on Monday morning before 10 am

    Maintaining A/R aging reports

    Perform all month-end closing procedures to maintain accrual-based books.

    Manage all bank account activity and code daily transactions.

    Reconcile bank accounts and reviews bank statement and sign them.

    Consult with tax preparer and provide required documentation for tax preparation.

    Monitor and ensure accurate and prompt recording of all bank deposits.

    · Maintain a current list of all customers and locations. Keep QuickBooks Online current.

    · Provide technical assistance.

    Manage the accounts payable process.

    Manage the accounts receivable process.

    Requirements:

    · Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, preferred.

    · Ideally 5+ years proven accounting experience within the Oilfield Industry

    Strong working knowledge of detailed financial data

    Working knowledge of regulatory Standards (GAAP)

    Salary: $90K to $120/year DOE
