Oilfield Service Company in Hobbs, NM is seeking an experienced AR Manager. This organization provides vacuum trucks, roustabouts, swampers, pressure washing, equipment hauling, lease operators, and 24 hour dispatch to clients.

This role is responsible for:

Producing financial reports

Managing customer relations

Maintaining A/R aging reports

Entering customer payments and issuing credit memos

Invoicing customers

Uploading invoices for approval and payment

Managing and training AR billing staff

Monitoring daily collection activities

Monitoring daily billing tickets and invoices

Working in OpenInvoice, Arriba, Client, QuickBooks online, and Excel

Requirements:

2 years (minimum) Oilfield collections experience

High School Diploma

Salary:

$60K to $90K/year DOE
