As a leading plaintiff’s Elder Abuse and Personal Injury firm, we fight for justice every day. We’re looking for a Personal Injury Case Manager who is passionate about client care, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to make an impact.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    Contact new clients within 24 hours of assignment

    Review and complete documentation; gather missing items

    Coordinate medical treatment and ensure ongoing care

    Maintain active, updated notes in Litify at each stage

    Communicate regularly with clients (minimum biweekly)

    Interface with insurance adjusters, medical providers, lienholders

    Assist with property damage, MedPay, and rental claims

    File government claims and calendar key deadlines

    Partner with attorneys and records staff on Serious Injury cases

    Draft PPE summaries and assist with settlement preparation

    Advise clients on lost wages, credit issues, and case expectations

    Support negotiations under attorney direction as needed

    Encourage clients to share their experience via positive reviews

    Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and service

    What You Bring

    2+ years of personal injury case management experience

    Strong communication and time management skills

    Solid understanding of insurance and medical billing processes

    Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office; Litify experience preferred

    Ability to manage multiple cases with empathy and efficiency

    Team-first attitude and professional demeanor
