    Pittsburgh Embossing Services is a family-owned, Christian run business located in Eighty Four, PA. We are a leading supplier of refurbished equipment for the plastic card industry since 1989. We are currently seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to report to the President of the company.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: " Prepare weekly staff meeting, keep minutes, remind staff about outstanding items " Enter bills, process check runs in Quickbooks " Create purchase orders and invoices " Data-entry of customer contact information and notes " Answer phones, filing, maintain office supplies " Filing, maintain office supplies

    REQUIREMENTS: " Ability to clearly and professionally communicate with customers and staff " Attention to detail, organization ability a must " Accurate data entry skills required " Candidate should possess excellent computer skills with experience in QuickBooks " Ability to work Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm " Contributes to team effort by completing necessary tasks, may be asked to assist in other areas " 5+ year administrative experience preferred " Able to use and operate a computer with basic Microsoft office required " Understand accounting principles " Extensive knowledge of Excel (to combine, sort, and summarize large amounts of data).
