MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A DIRECT MAIL FACILITY IN CUSTOMER SERVICE OR ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

The CSR can work out of their home and be located anywhere in the U.S. They realized that not a lot of people want to relocate to SD so they said they are willing to hire someone from anywhere in the country. They said that they want someone who is very pleasant on the phone, can think outside of the box and grow with the company (prefer someone earlier in their career). The hiring manager is from Minnesota so maybe SD or MN would be good.
They're looking to build a long-term infrastructure. Looking to hire someone that will stay with them for a long time and grow at the company. The room for growth is a very good at this job.
CSR position is for their non-profit division. They help their clients develop print and mailing campaigns, work with data, talk to customers.
